Photo: see this 5 storey public transport bus that can't be ride Nigeria for a reason

I saw this bus I marveled and start to think how can these big bus operate in Nigeria public transportation,
which I later figured out either is gonna be possible or not,because in Nigeria we have over head high tension electricity poll control, and I keep it to my self that this Bus can't operate in Nigeria,only in top developed countries that have under ground tension electricity poll control or what do you think let's share our thoughts.
