Queen MISSES Christmas Day church service at Sandringham due to 'heavy cold' for first time in 30 years

things, so we're assuming Prince George picked out his own outfit this morning and his parents just let him get on with it.
That's presumably why he wore a pair of shorts for a chilly walk to church today as he arrived with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and his baby sister Princess Charlotte.

George donned the bright red shorts and teamed them with black knee-high socks as he walked hand-in-hand with his dad over the field towards St Mark's Church in Englefield,Berkshire.
