Lord King pictured with the Queen Backs Brexit claim - but didn't run it

Brits should stop moaning and see the positives in Brexit , the Bank of England’s former chief said.

Lord Mervyn King said there were “real
opportunities” from leaving the EU but that a rocky road may yet lie ahead.
Speaking to the BBC, Lord King - who was Bank of England Governor from 2003 to 2013 -said:
 “I think the challenges we face mean it’s not a bed of roses - no one should pretend that.
“But equally it is not the end of the world, and there are some real opportunities that arise from the fact of Brexit we might take.
